All information regarding availability, vessels, and prices is to be considered indicative; binding details (including hire conditions, security deposit, and navigation regulations) will be communicated and confirmed by the Data Controller prior to the conclusion of the contract.

Business clients (B2B): For any dispute between the Data Controller and parties acting in the exercise of their business activity, the Court of Genoa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Private clients (B2C/Consumers): The Consumer's jurisdiction applies. Under Italian law, territorial jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile of the user, if located within the national territory.
